INTEGRITY PACT IMPLEMENTATION

To ensure highest ethical standards in Contracting and Procurement, as well as fairness
and transparency in its business dealings, Engineers India Ltd. (EIL) has entered
into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Transparency International India (TII)
on 07th November, 2011 for implementation of Integrity Pact (IP).

|
The Integrity Pact ( Issued with Enquiry / Bidding Document for Contracting and
Procurement on EIL account, having value(s) of Rs. 2 Crore and above) will be submitted,
duly signed by the Bidders along with their Bids.
|
Non submission of the Integrity Pact will lead to rejection of Bid.
